The Management of South East Security, are committed to ensuring business operations, including our supply chains, do not rely on modern slavery in line with the guidance laid out in the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Training about slavery and human trafficking is made available to all staff who understand the term modern slavery attributes to slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking.
Due diligence processes in the form of audits and written commitments from suppliers are in place to ensure that in their own business and their supply chains that the following is adhered to, with the same commitment afforded to the staff of South East Security:-
Adherence to all applicable minimum wage and hourly working regulations;
All employees are treated with respect and that no coercion against an individual will take place;
Working conditions are conducive to a safe and healthy working environment;
Employees are aware of the grievance procedure within their organisation.
The Company has adopted controlled conditions for ensuring that products or services supplied are to a known quality standard, traceability, and supplier transparency.
